📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Contribution
   All waqaf contributions are final and non-refundable. Once processed, donations cannot be cancelled or returned.

2. Distribution Timeline
   Qurans are distributed on a rolling basis based on recipient availability and international logistics. We cannot guarantee a specific recipient country or individual, but every Quran will be placed where it is most needed, inshaAllah.

3. Symbolic Palestine Edition
   The Dome of the Soul (Palestine Edition) is symbolic. While the design reflects support for Palestine, actual Quran waqaf distribution may be international, depending on need and logistical feasibility.

4. Fund Allocation
   Your $100 contribution will be divided across:

• International Quran waqaf efforts
• Medical aid & food packs for Gaza
• Masjid Ali reconstruction efforts in Gaza
• SISTIQOMAH’s Islamic education & community projects
  We reserve the right to adjust fund allocation slightly depending on evolving needs on the ground.
