Club Healing

What is Club Healing?

Club Healing is a safe, sisterhood-based healing space under SISTIQOMAH, where women gather monthly (or during mega sessions) to reflect, release, and realign — emotionally and spiritually — through guided reminders, therapeutic activities, and Islamic reflection.

Any Muslimah looking for a safe space to pause, process, and heal — whether you’re struggling silently or just need that monthly soul check-in.

Not at all. You don’t need to be “broken” to heal. Whether you’re in a good place, feeling numb, or somewhere in between — this space is for you.

Nope. Club Healing is not a religious lecture or tafsir class. It’s a heart-level reflection space guided by Islamic values, emotional wellness tools, and real-life stories — shared in a safe, honest circle. Think: gentle reminders, not formal teachings.

Expect real-life reflections, therapeutic analogies, group discussions, journaling, sisterhood connection activities, and heartfelt du’a. Each session is crafted around a unique theme (e.g. grief, tawakkul, jealousy, self-worth).

Club Healing is our monthly circle — a smaller, slow-paced, and intimate gathering designed for deeper reflection and heart-to-heart sharing. It’s a safe space to pause, heal, and reconnect with your faith alongside sisters who value sincerity over speed.

Mega Club Healing, on the other hand, is held only twice a year — a large-scale experience with over 100 participants, interactive segments, and multiple speakers. It’s designed to reignite your spirit on a grander scale while still keeping the essence of healing and connection at heart.

No — each session is thoughtfully themed to address a different emotional struggle or spiritual need.

Never forced. You’re free to just listen, reflect, and keep things to yourself. Sharing is always invited but never expected. This is your space — your pace.

No. Club Healing is not a form of therapy or psychological treatment. It’s a faith-based emotional wellness space — led by facilitators with backgrounds in counselling psychology and spiritual care, but not a replacement for clinical help.

🔒 Disclaimer:
Club Healing is not therapy or professional counselling. We offer faith-inspired reflections and sisterhood-based healing. If you’re facing serious mental health challenges, please seek help from a licensed professional.

To uphold a space of trust, we commit to:

🤝 Confidentiality
What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.

🤍 No Judgment
Come as you are. This is a safe space — no preaching, no pressure.

🛑 No Clinical Advice
We offer reflections, not prescriptions. We don’t diagnose or treat.

🌱 Referral Pathway
If you need deeper support, we may gently suggest seeking help from a licensed therapist. Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Yes, we do.
We offer customised private Club Healing sessions for teams, organisations, or small groups who wish to experience faith-based reflection and meaningful bonding in a safe, guided environment.
