A brave sister shares her journey — not to impress, but to connect and heal with you.

Faith-Inspired Reflections & Soul Tools
We’ll explore quiet struggles through relatable reminders rooted in Quranic values and healing psychology — then get hands-on with reflection exercises you’ll carry beyond this day.

Sisterhood Bonding Activities
Ukhwah moments to reconnect — experiences that reminds you: you’re not alone in your healing.

Guided Soul Reflection (Eyes Closed Segment)
A peaceful closing — to help you leave a little lighter, softer, and closer to your fitrah.

Healing Circle Guide:

Atiqah A. Rahman

With a deep passion for Muslimah well-being, Atiqah brings together her background in counselling psychology, spiritual reflection, and wellness facilitation. Trained in workplace counselling and mental health support, she has led over 10+ healing sessions for SISTIQOMAH and is currently pursuing Islamic studies at PERGAS to deepen her knowledge in deen and dakwah.

Professionally, Atiqah also facilitates wellness workshops in the corporate space, giving her a unique ability to bridge emotional struggles with faith-based healing.

Every session is crafted not just with knowledge, but with heart. So expect a session that’s as soul-deep as it is practical.

A Gentle Note for Mothers Bringing Children

We understand the beauty and challenge of motherhood. To help all sisters benefit from the session, here’s a soft guideline:

• Babies & Toddlers below 6 years old are welcome to accompany you.
• Children aged 6 and above who requires a seat, will require their own ticket. – Please contact us directly at 80961164 for Children Ticket pricing

Mothers with children will be seated near the exit or back of the hall for easier movement, and we trust everyone to step out briefly if a little one needs attention. Thank you for helping us keep the space peaceful and safe for all hearts present.
