Terms & Conditions – Deposit Policy
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your participation in the Journey to Rawdah journey under the SISTIQOMAH Group Network. Our Travel Partners – GEM VACATION & TRAVEL PTE LTD – TA02871

Deposit Requirement

• A minimum deposit of $1000 per person is required to confirm your interest and secure your spot.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by the organizer.
• Full payment details will be sent upon confirmation of participation.

Changes & Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration, please notify us in writing at least 45 days before the departure date.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior may result in partial forfeiture of payments made, depending on supplier policies (flights, hotels, visas).

Payment Schedule

•  Remaining balance to be completed no later than 30 days before the program departure date.
• Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
