Club Healing

A reflective space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the heart — through faith.

What is Club Healing?

Club Healing is SISTIQOMAH’s signature reflective programme designed to create emotionally safe, faith-centred spaces for individuals and communities to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner world through an Islamic lens.

It is not therapy, and it is not a religious lecture. Instead, Club Healing sits gently in between — where faith meets emotional awareness, and where participants are invited to engage with their hearts honestly, without pressure to perform, fix, or explain themselves.

Each session is facilitated with care, structure, and intention, allowing space for reflection, grounding, and shared humanity.

Why Club Healing Exists

Many women — and increasingly, communities and organisations — are doing all the right things outwardly, yet quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, grief, identity struggles, or faith fatigue.

Club Healing exists to offer a gentle pause.

In Islam, healing is not about becoming someone new, but allowing Allah to softly restore what has been carried in silence. Healing does not need to be rushed — and it does not need to be loud.

About the Facilitator

Atiqah A.Rahman is a psycho-spiritual facilitator and motivational speaker who designs and facilitates reflective healing spaces rooted in Islamic values, emotional wellbeing, and psychological safety. With a background in counselling and psychology, alongside formal and ongoing Islamic studies under PERGAS, Atiqah facilitates Club Healing sessions that invite participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their hearts through an Islamic lens — without judgment, pressure, or the need to “fix” oneself.

Her work is grounded in the belief that healing in Islam is not about becoming someone new, but about allowing Allah to gently restore what has been carried quietly for too long. Through guided reflection, shared silence, and compassionate facilitation, Atiqah supports women and communities in navigating emotional exhaustion, grief, identity struggles, and inner heaviness with faith and honesty.

In organisational and community settings, Atiqah brings a structured yet human-centred approach to emotional wellbeing. Drawing from her training in psychology and her background in business and organisational work, she designs sessions that are reflective, contained, and purposeful — supporting individuals and teams in building emotional clarity, resilience, and sustainable inner wellbeing
